Old Medley 12 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.  A sweet bouquet of vanilla, caramel, and maple syrup.  There is some rich chocolate covered cherry notes, coffee beans and bananas.  With air the alcohol notes seep out and we get leather, oak, and mint.  On the palate is caramel and chocolate, with spicy rye taking over the mid-palate, on the finish is vanilla, butterscotch, and cherries.  This is full bodied bourbon, finishing with vanilla, cocoa, and toasted oak.
