The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate (725 cases produced) comes from a vineyard on Soda Canyon Road. Made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon blended with tiny percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the wine exhibits an opaque purple color, sweet black cherry and black currant fruit, underbrush, loamy soil, licorice, tobacco leaf and spice box notes, and a complex, dense, medium to full-bodied personality.

Consume it over the next 12-15 years.
