Straw yellow in color, with a fine steady bead of bubbles which collect into a beautiful mousse on top. The nose offers intense aromas of fresh fruits like green apple, citrus, and plum, counterbalanced by touches of spring flowers and freshly baked brioche. Much the same on the palate, notes of apple and plum are mixed with supporting flavors of sourdough bread, cardamom and honey. Beautifully balanced between indulgent elegance and light-hearted fun, the floral notes last through the finish, enhanced by just a touch of toasted bread.
