Bright straw-yellow in color, with greenish reflections along the edges. The nose is intense, with notes of ripe apples and melon paired with white and yellow flowers. the palate doesn’t deviate too far from that formula either, with the floral notes of yellow and white flowers lifting the fruity melon and apple notes enough to not seem too ripe. Refreshing yet soft and light on the palate, a savory note of almond appears on the finish, complementing any food it’s paired with excellently.
