This fun blend, made in the style of an Alsatian white, is wonderfully aromatic: Orchard fruit notes of yellow and pink apple, juicy yellow peach and apricots are joined by exotic floral notes of white clover and apple blossom. The palate is bursting with much the same, with the addition of spicy, fresh-grated ginger, lemon oil, and cherry blossom complimenting the more subtle, candied notes of lemon drops and peach pastilles. Energetic and lively with zesty acidity this is a very balanced, versatile and easy to drink wine that will have you coming back for more.
