Clear, dark ruby-red in color, the nose showcases an array of vibrant red fruit notes complemented by notes of black tea and spice box. On the palate, notes of red and black cherries, raspberries and strawberries are lifted by a green vegetal note, earthy spice and leather. Lean and racy, the acidity helps balance the medium weight body from becoming too fruit saturated, while the moderate, well-integrated tannins help pave the way for a finish of dark raspberry and eucalyptus: a refined complexity which illustrates the Tuscan approach to wine making.
