Reflections of green highlight the straw yellow color of the body, making for a very pretty glass. The nose is a fine balance of savory and sweet: notes of lemons, green melon, limes, white peach and mint are complemented by sweet floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. The palate is light in weight but dense in flavor, with notes of apricot, quince, pink grapefruit and citrus zest all bolstered by an inner core of lime blossom and other floral notes.
