The pale green color, like straw that hasn’t yet yellowed in the sun, mirrors the bright notes of orchard fruits like apples and peaches on the nose, complimented by the touch of citrus and charming floral sweetness of white flowers. On the palate, fresh and juicy notes of yellow apple, honey drizzled on peaches, orange blossom and citrus zest are well balanced by the crisp acidity and that underlying sweetness. This perfect balance of fruity sweetness and bracing acidity carries through the lengthy finish with an added miner character and hints of green apple to round everything off.
