Fresh, direct and intensely savory. Notes of lemon zest, green apple and a touch of almond on the bouquet, a lively start as you bring the glass up to your nose. The palate doesn’t skimp out either, with notes of apricot, citrus and dried mango balanced by notes of aromatic herbs, nutmeg and white tea. Though the nose and palate are complex, the wine is remarkably smooth and highly drinkable, an immediate hit all the way through it’s seaside-born, saline-tinged finish.
