Bright, straw yellow, with neon green highlights around the rim. Fully ripe, fruity on the nose, with notes of white peach, yellow apples, passion fruit and Meyer lemon complemented by notes of honeysuckle, crushed rock and a thread of smoke. On the palate, the vibrant fruit notes of the nose repeat, with added notes of white flowers, lime blossom, grapefruit zest and a metric ton of wet slate. Generous and intense, yet refined and tightly woven, the lighter body is supported by lively acidity and an ever-present saline minerality that lasts all the way through the impressive and dry finish.
