Fairly pale in color, this wine is extremely delicate, dry and minerally. On the nose, faint aromas of apple blossom, alpine herbs and baking spices are paired with notes of feild flowers such as chamomile, elderflower, and iris. Typical of classic Garganega, the wine has a pleasingly long finish of almonds.
