A superb, refreshing, and incredibly honest white wine from Sicily. On the nose, aromas of melons and citrus fruits are paired with lifted aromas of fresh-cut flowers laid atop a bed of sea-salt-encrusted stone. If you’re looking for hidden depths on the palate, you won’t find any, as the wine presents the same notes as the nose there as well: bright citrus and white flowers all supported by the beautiful mineral character born from the sea-surrounded soil in which it was grown. This medium-bodied palate is only further accentuated by the crisp and vibrant acidity that carries the fruity notes away and leaves you with the refreshing, seaborn salinity on the finish that invites another sip.
