An utterly alluring Pinot Noir, with a fresh and vibrant nose of red and black cherries, cranberry, currant, and black raspberries complemented by notes of sweet baking spices, white pepper, and rose petals, all underpinned by a savory forest-floor mushroom earthiness. On the palate, fresh Bing cherries and pomegranate seeds are at the forefront, along with notes of raspberry, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla. Freestone Vineyard’s characteristic tangerine peel notes arise as the wine develops, further highlighted by the balanced levels of acidity and tannin, before tapering off into a long and luxurious finish of fruit and spice.
