An excellent example of Willamette Valley Pinot Gris, and why that particular varietal succeeds so well in the region. The nose is full to bursting with notes of stone fruit, sweet flowers and a grounding background layer of wet stone minerality. On the palate, juicy pear, apricot and lemon notes are drizzled with the sweet floral-rich character of artisinal honey. Dry and crisp, the light-to-medium body is rounded and balanced by the fine acidtiy, resulting in a long and silky finish of stone fruit served on a rough-hewn plate of wet stone.
