The lynchpin wine from this producer, this bright gold chardonnay is bound to please with its nose of apple, lemon and various other citrus fruits. On the palate, more orchard fruit is backed by yellow flowers, peaches and lemon cream. The unoaked, “Stainless Steel Only, si vous plait” nature of French chardonnay wine making allows for the retention of that characteristically crisp acidity and really highlights the Languedoc-typical mineral salinity on the finish.
