Bright, shining ruby-red in the glass, mirroring the nose of fleshy ripe cherries and the subtle hint of warm spices. On the palate, the delicate balance between the fresh red fruit notes and the earthy, spiced character carried over from the bouquet are further helped by the very soft tannin structure and the excellent retention of acidity found in most well produced Pinot Noir. The finish is warm, not overstaying it’s welcome but present enough to remind you to take another sip.
