A fresh and subtle rose with red and white cherries, freshly crushed strawberries and a hint of grapefruit. Crisp, medium bodied palate with a filling of elegant cherries and strawberries.
We find floral and red fruit notes on the nose and in the mouth. It is a fruity, fresh and balanced wine.
Blend: 70% Garnacha, 30% Monastrell
Food Pairings: Grilled vegetables, fried fish or shellfish. With pasta or chicken or seafood salads. It also pairs very well with soft-flavored cheeses.
