A slightly serious and classic take on Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic Stags Leap district. On the nose, notes of dark plum, cherry and cassis are joined by notes of cinnamon graham cracker, violets and pencil shavings. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is full of the same notes as the nose, with the addition of toasted oak, hazelnuts and a chalky minerality.
