Clear, bright golden yellow with subtle green highlights in the glass. Fresh and delicately citrusy on the nose, with notes of yuzu, white peach, ripe pear and honeysuckle supported by a green flecked salinity: notes of fennal, pine and sage contribute to the complex aromatic profile as the wine evolves. On the palate, flavors of ripe peached and pears are joined by candied lemon and stone fruits, complimented by the bright acidity which evokes the flavors of fresh green tomato. The acidity doesn't destract from the rounded mouthfeel though as the lingering finish rounds off with notes of almond, cream and vanilla.
