The fruit used was sourced from three separate counties (Sonoma County, San Luis Obispo County & Monterey County) hence the name. Bright and focused on the nose, with notes of juicy fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, yellow apple, and apricot, underscored by a light, subtle wisp of oak, notes of lemon curd and crushed stone on the nose that carry through to the palate. The wine is creamy and round on the palate, starting with a crystalline purity of fruit accented by a swathe of warm spice that comes from time spent in French oak barrels before it transitions into a muscled, weighty, and creamy mid-palate, showcasing both richness and elegance. The long, vibrant finish (driven by the energetic acidity) is fresh and mouthwatering, with a lasting note of juicy apricot.
