A richly textured yet restrained and balanced cabernet sauvignon, blended from disparate lots aged in French oak. Notes of cherry, cinnamon and sandalwood on the nose, joined by notes of Satsuma plum and subtle graphite accents. On the palate, notes of ripe red cherry, mixed berry pie, and Tahitian vanilla are surrounded by inviting and luxurious tannins which are well integrated through the lengthy finish lightly spiced with mace.
