Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, this is a complex wine with a velvet like texture. On the nose, notes of dark fruits are joined by soft green herbs and sun dried tomatoes. On the palate, juicy notes of cassis, blueberries, red cherries and blackberries are balanced by a savory edge of sage and oregano. The acidity helps keep it all feeling balanced with the well-developed but unobtrusive tannin structure, leading to a finish of eucalyptus, earthy spice and just a touch of licorice.
