A beautifully precise Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc, with all the faff chiseled off of it’s limestone-grown beauty. On the intensely citrus-forward nose, notes of lemon and grapefruit present first, followed by subtler hints of rhubarb and raspberry all backed by the ever-present minerality. On the palate, the rich fruit notes carry over from the nose: lime, lemon, and tangerine flavors are balanced by notes of white flowers, chamomile and marzipan. The lively acidity helps keep the fruity core in check through the finish, where the limestone born minerality persists until your next sip.
