Made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the edge of the Touraine region, this is a baby Sancerre without the equivalent price tag! On the nose, notes of apple, pear, kiwi and grapefruit are joined by the cooler aromas of melon and crushed stone. These themes continue on the palate, with flavors of green apple, white peaches, lime, and nectarines balanced by notes of dried herbs, grass and flint. The racy acidity helps lift and highlight the fruit before the finish tapers off on the stony minerality beloved by fans of French Sauvignon Blanc.
